This website supports Newbury YoungStars membership, productions, events, orders, payments, expense claims and charity administration. Please provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and use the service only for legitimate charity-related purposes.

Member accounts and financial records

Account balances and statements reflect records held by the charity and may include items awaiting review. Contact the Treasurer if you believe a charge, payment, reimbursement or balance is wrong. Do not rely on a pending item as final confirmation that money has been received, paid or refunded.

Orders, tickets and events

Orders and ticket bookings remain subject to the availability, acceptance, cancellation and refund information shown during the relevant process. Production and event details may change where reasonably necessary.

Documents and content

Only upload documents that you are authorised to provide to the charity. Do not upload malicious files, unlawful material or information unrelated to the charity's work.

Availability and changes
